The Elmsley is a derby version of their iconic Berkeley quarter brogue oxford. The open lacing of the derby style makes it marginally less dressy, but has a more versatile fit for those with very shallow or very high insteps. The Elmsley is made on the slim, round 82 last, which gives it a more contemporary look than the Berkeley. It can be worn with almost any outfit, dressing up a pair of jeans or chinos, or looking sharp but comfortable in a dark suit.Established in a small Northampton factory in 1890, Edward Green has gained a deserved reputation for ‘making the finest shoes in England for the discerning few’.
