United States Army 115th Field Hospital Unit Crest (Evacuare)

Criteria: This unit crest measures 1 5/32 inches in height. The motto “Evacuare” translates to “Evacuate” or “Evacuation.” The 115th Combat Support Hospital has participated in WWI, WWII, Desert Storm and the Iraq War and was awarded a Meritorious Unit Commendation in the WWII European theatre.
